Proposed Bylaw Amendments
This year, the Chapter Board is proposing a few bylaw amendments. The amendments clarify language related to electronic notification, balloting, and terms of office; composition of the Nominating Committee; and clarifies deadlines for the nomination and election process. These amendments will be considered and voted upon at our Annual Meeting, October 6, 2010 at 11:45 am at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.
