Triad Associates offers professional services in project management, civil engineering, land and construction surveying, land planning, site design, and landscape architecture. Headquartered in Kirkland, we have served clients in the Pacific Northwest since 1975. Our company includes teams of experienced professionals capable of handling complex projects and committed to delivering high-quality work. To enable our staff to meet our clients’ high standards, we nurture a strong company culture, use up-to-date equipment and technology and maintain memberships in over 20 national and local professional organizations.
Our public sector clients come from the region’s cities and counties; school, water and fire districts; and other local jurisdictions. Recent clients include the Cities of Kent, Kirkland and Renton and the Sammamish Plateau Sewer and Water District. Our public work includes a wide range of projects from topographic surveys and comprehensive plan reviews to complex park or street improvement projects involving one or more of our core disciplines.
On the private-sector side, we have historically focused on residential development. Within that general specialty, the bulk of our work includes:
